$50 FOR ALL 3 DAYS OF PARKING IN THE PARK

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE SO BOOK YOURS ASAP

WE WILL BE TIGHTENING SECURITY TO ONLY ALLOW VEHICLES WITH PARKING PASSES. VIOLATORS WILL BE PENALIZED.

Food Vendors must provide a certificate of insurance with additional insured (details to be given later), and obtain a valid Marion County Heath Department Permit before setup.

Booth spaces are 10x10 feet and are in Coolidge-McClaine Park. Double spaces and spaces with electricity are available for additional fees. There will be an assigned time for set up and break down depending on your spot in the park.

Please complete the online Vendor application. We accept PayPal payments through our online application process. A confirmation email with notice of acceptance and further information will be sent once we review and accept your application.

We are not responsible for monitoring the goods sold at the event.

Expect that there will be duplicates of some items.

This is a park setting and we can not be responsible for the condition of the park. The land is uneven and dry in many areas. If you have specific requests, we will try to accommodate but can not guarantee that your request will be met.

Security is provided Thursday, Friday and Saturday however, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.‍ ‍
